Rilis Pengembangan Elive 3.8.48 (Beta)

Samuel F. Baggen mengumumkan ketersediaan Elive 3.8.48, a new development snapshot of the proyek’s desktop-oriented distribusi berbasis pada Debian 12 and featuring the Enlightenment desktop (both the older e16 and the cutting-edge 0.27.0 are included). The distribusi’s rilis pembaruan the Linux kernel to version 6.11.10 and LibreOffice to version 25.2.2.

The Elive team is pleased to announce the rilis of 3.8.48. This versi baru mencakup: File Manager - added actions such as creating torrents, printing documents and streaming videos to ChromeCast; Notification widget - diperbarui to feature a more advanced interface; DBUS Communication fixes that resolve mounting problems and other miscellaneous application issues; Linux kernel - backported from 6.11.10 which mencakup improved stability for the btrfs filesistem; drivers - improved the r8168 driver, which previously caused computers to hang at boot due to excessive logs; default calculator - switched to gcalculator which is lighter and more feature-rich; multiple small UX and wording peningkatan.
