Rilis MocaccinoOS 1.8.3

Today we are releasing MocaccinoOS 1.8.3. Rilis ini is mostly an upgraded versi that doesn’t introduce too many baru fitur. Everything is compiled against a very recent Gentoo Portage tree. Changes since 1.8.2: Linux kernel is upgraded untuk 6.12.35 (LTS); Mesa versi 25.1.4; Qt diperbarui untuk 6.9.1; NVIDIA drivers versi 570.153.02 (tersedia in repository); KDE Plasma 6.3.5; GNOME 47.3.
